The Role
You will be handling a caseload of motor injury matters and completing tasks throughout the litigation process. You will progress from small claims through to fast-track. You will gain hands-on experience in litigation strategy, negotiation and case management.Â
Required Experience
- Some prior litigation experience in claimant motor personal injury or recovery work
- Demonstrated negotiation skills
- Strong organisational and case management skills
