Castlefield are currently recruiting an Interim Procurement Manager to join a Public Sector organisation in Manchester. The role is 1 day p/w in the office and will be for an initial 3-month period.

The Role:

Develop robust procurement processes and relationships
Manage end-to-end procurement projects and support on wider strategic initiatives
Negotiate contracts and make savings
Provide procurement advice and guidance to key stakeholders
Build relationships with suppliers
Procurement and commercial analysis

The Person:

Public Sector procurement experience
Sound understanding of Public Sector procurement legislation
Ability to work on multiple projects at once
Strong stakeholder engagement skills
