Warehouse Administrator- Openshaw

Location: Openshaw, Manchester

Contract Duration: 12 months

Working Hours:

Monday: 06:30 - 15:00

Tuesday to Friday: 07:30 - 16:30

 

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Warehouse Administrator to join our team in Openshaw on a 12-month contract as we transition to an ERP system. This is a critical role, combining administrative tasks with hands-on support in the warehouse. The ideal candidate must have strong attention to detail, excellent English communication skills, and a willingness to follow instructions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Processing: Collate orders, print labels, and prepare documentation for dispatch.

Invoicing: Manage invoicing for picked and processed orders accurately and efficiently.

Warehouse Support: Assist with retrieving and preparing orders for dispatch.

Communication: Maintain clear communication with team members and clients as required.

Requirements:

Proficient in English (written and spoken).

Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.

Basic computer literacy to manage orders and invoicing.

Team player with a proactive attitude.

Additional Information:

Dress Code: Office-appropriate attire with flexibility to work in the warehouse as needed.
