Location: North Manchester
Shift Pattern: 3 Shifts (Monday to Friday, No Weekends)
Salary: £47,000 + Overtime + Training Opportunities
Holidays: 33 Days (Including Bank Holidays) + Christmas Shutdown

Our client is a well-established manufacturing company in North Manchester, currently looking to expand our skilled maintenance team. You’ll be joining a forward-thinking business that invests in its people, machinery, and future.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Carrying out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across production lines and site facilities
- Diagnosing and repairing faults on a wide range of automated and semi-automated machinery
- Collaborating with engineering and production teams to implement improvements
- Working on your own engineering projects, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards

What We’re Looking For:
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Engineering
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Familiarity with PLCs (training provided if needed)
- A proactive and hands-on approach to maintenance and problem-solving
- Ability to work effectively within a shift team structure
