Main Roles and Responsibilities of CRM Executive:

  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns.
  • Building customer emails.
  • Analyse customer data to drive innovative marketing campaigns.
  • Report on customer campaigns, making educated suggestions for improvement.
  • Work closely with the Data department to ensure the correct audience is being targeted.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience using CRM platforms.
  • Experience working in a marketing role, particularly in a B2B environment with an email/CRM niche.
  • An analytical mind-set.
  • Capable of working to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experienced in HTML.
  • Willing to work flexibly and possibly be involved in international travel with the company.
