Job title: Ecommerce Manager
Salary: Up to 50k
Location: Manchester- fully office based
Forward Role are working with a fast growing fashion brand in Manchester, who are looking to add an Ecommerce Manager to their team. This individual will be responsible for owning the full end-to-end ecommerce experience, fundamentally driving revenue and growth for the brand.
This is a pivotal role in helping the brand achieve further growth and success and it's a great opportunity for someone to come in and make an impact really quickly.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing and developing the daily operations of the ecommerce site (Shopify)
- Support with the delivery of product launches, campaigns and site updates
- Review the customer journey and make recommendations to improve AOV, customer retention and conversion rates
- Take the lead on website merchandising and SEO best practices
- Implement new integrations designed to drive growth i.e. loyalty programmes
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Have previous experience within a similar ecommerce role, ideally minimum of 3 years
- Possess strong experience with Shopify or similar ecommerce platform
- Have the ability to work within a fast paced environment
- Be analytical and have experience using analytics tools such as GA4
- Possess strong communication both verbally and written
