Fully Remote - Lead Marketing Analyst

We are working with a travel company who are looking to add a Lead Marketing Analyst to join their fully remote team!

What you'll do:

  • Lead and improve marketing effectiveness strategy, including attribution and channel classification

  • Manage and integrate data from tools like Segment, Google Ads, Meta, Braze, and our data warehouse

  • Collaborate with analytics and engineering teams on data design and solutions

  • Build and automate reports and dashboards that inform key business decisions

  • Mentor and grow the Marketing Analytics team

  • Work with Product, Finance, and Marketing leadership on strategic initiatives

  • Drive ongoing improvements in marketing analytics processes and tools

What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years' experience in marketing analytics or a related field (agency background a bonus)

  • Deep knowledge of digital marketing channels and metrics (Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, Affiliates, CRM, Partnerships)

  • Strong skills in attribution, media mix modeling, incrementality testing, and funnel analysis

  • Proficient in SQL, data warehouses, BI tools, and marketing platforms

  • Excellent analytical mindset with attention to detail and clear communication

  • Team management experience is a plus
