Key Responsibilities
路Take ownership of mechanical building services design for large-scale building projects.
路Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver coordinated, efficient designs.
路Produce high-quality technical specifications, calculations, and reports.
路Ensure quality standards are met through rigorous review and coordination.
路Contribute to project planning, budgeting, and delivery within agreed timescales.
路Use BIM and relevant software tools to produce accurate and sustainable designs.
What We're Looking For
路Degree-qualified Mechanical Engineer with proven experience in building services design.
路Working towards or holding membership of a relevant professional body such as CIBSE.
路Skilled in low-carbon, sustainable design principles and proficient with IES, BIM, or similar software tools.
路Excellent communicator and proactive problem-solver with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
