Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for an initiative-taking and highly organised Personal Assistant to support a Senior Leadership Team. In this pivotal role, you will manage complex schedules, coordinate meetings, and ensure seamless communication across departments. Your contributions will be instrumental in enabling our leaders to drive initiatives that effectively support business growth across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to members of the Senior Leadership Team.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Facilitate communication between departments and external stakeholders.
  • Organise and maintain confidential files and records.
  • Assist in planning and executing company events and meetings.?

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to work in a dynamic environment.
