2x Strategic Account Director - Up to £80k base with x2 OTE  One of Consegna Talent Solutions long standing partners has commissioned us with finding 2 Account Directors as they strengthen their team. You will be a coming on board to manage and grow a fruitful set of the companies accounts, while driving some new logo acquisition to add further clients to your account base and enhance your earnnings.  The company in question are a Microsoft Cloud focussed MSP with offices all across the UK, so if you are seasoned in Azure and Microsoft Cloud sales - and are looking for the next step in your career with a business that has a strong relationshiip with Microsoft, book in a call with myself to discuss.  Responsibilities
  • Prospect new logo accounts
  • Effectively manage/grow existing accounts base
  • Develop a go-to-market strategy for target accounts
  • Schedule and attend customer meetings/online sessions to present the portfolio and demonstrate the solution
  • Successfully forecast and build a pipeline of new business opportunities
  • Daily prospecting via phone, LinkedIn, email
  • Achieve and exceed sales target
  • Work with internal marketing and channel partners to drive activity
  • Manage inbound leads through to opportunities and closed business
  • Ensure accurate and predictable forecasting on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
Skills/Experience
  • 5+ years track record - end user focused role
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Cloud and Managed Services
  • Self-starter with a high-energy approach
  • Demonstrable selling skills with examples of mid-market project/account wins
  • Excellent oral/written communications skills, including strong presentation skills
  • Technically competent with an ability to learn and communicate the technical aspects of the solutions to a reasonable level of depth
  • Excellent customer engagement and relationship building skills
