The Role:
As a Primary Teacher, you will be teaching within a dynamic, supportive school setting. You will guide students through their learning journey, delivering engaging lessons that inspire curiosity and foster a love of learning.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver high-quality lessons across the primary curriculum
Create an inclusive and positive classroom environment that encourages student participation
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development
Work collaboratively with other teachers and support staff
Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
Ensure students are well-prepared for KS1/KS2 assessments, including SATs
Skills & Qualifications:
Essential:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching in Primary Education (KS1 or KS2)
Strong knowledge of the Primary Curriculum
A passion for making learning fun and engaging
Strong communication and classroom management skills
Desirable:
Experience preparing students for SATs and end-of-key-stage assessments
Familiarity with differentiation techniques for diverse learning needs
