As the business continues its impressive growth, fuelled by a steady stream of high-quality inbound leads, they are now looking to add four experienced 2nd Charge Mortgage Advisors to their expanding team. This is a brilliant opportunity to be part of a company that genuinely cares about customer outcomes and financial wellbeing.   • Managing warm leads across multiple channels
  • Offering tailored mortgage advice to fit each customer’s unique circumstances
  • Navigating regulatory standards (SMCR) and staying compliant
  • Following internal lending policies with integrity
  • Achieving targets and service levels while delivering an outstanding experience
 Must Have
  • A minimum of 12 months’ experience in an advice-based sales role
  • Proven ability to work towards and exceed sales targets
  • Able to work from the Manchester office at least 3 days a week
  • Clear communication and strong customer service skills
  • Confident in making decisions and handling complex queries
  • Motivated, driven, and a natural team player
 Desired
  • Full or part CeMAP qualification (or commitment to achieve it - training provided)
 Salary
  • Basic salary between £27,415 and £35,154 (depending on qualifications)
  • Uncapped commission with OTE of £41,000 to £50,000+
