Job Overview:We are seeking a motivated Band 5 Occupational Therapist to join a dedicated multi-disciplinary team. The role involves delivering high-quality, patient-centred care to service users across acute or community settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out assessments and treatment plans for patients with a range of physical, functional, and cognitive needs

  • Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team

  • Accurately document and update patient notes using EMIS (HIVE is desirable)

  • Support patients in regaining independence through tailored therapy programmes

Key Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy

  • Current registration with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC)

  • Minimum of 6 months Band 5 experience in an NHS or equivalent setting

  • EMIS experience is essential; knowledge of HIVE is desirable

  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car is essential for community-based travel
