Milk Education are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behaviour Buddy to work in a School in Manchester on a long-term basis.

The role is Monday to Friday from 8:30 - 15:30, could this be the role for you?

Your roles and responsibilities as a Behaviour Buddy:
- Educate and engage children with special educational needs, focusing on promoting positive behaviour and social interaction
- Support children in developing appropriate communication skills
- Provide one-on-one guidance and supervision during activities
- Help create a safe and inclusive environment for all children
- Assist with daily routines, including personal care if required
Non-negotiables for a Behaviour Buddy:
- Experience working with children, particularly those with special educational needs
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Patience, empathy and the ability to build rapport with children
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively as part of a team
