- Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to KS2 pupils with complex sensory and behavioural needs
- Implement individual education plans and behaviour support strategies
- Collaborate with support staff, therapists, and families to ensure holistic care
- Monitor progress and adapt teaching to meet diverse learning needs
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and structured classroom environment
- Contribute to wider school life and uphold safeguarding responsibilities
- Holds QTS and relevant SEND qualifications
- Has substantial experience working with pupils with complex sensory and behavioural needs
- Demonstrates strong classroom management and differentiation skills as a SEND Teacher
- Is confident in developing and implementing EHCPs and behaviour plans
- Works effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Is committed to inclusive education and pupil wellbeing
