SEND Teacher (full-time, temporary)

£800 - £1150 per week (salary is dependent on experience and/or qualifications)

The role
A vibrant, supportive and very highly regarded special needs school in Rochdale is seeking to appoint a full time SEND Teacher to deliver an SEN curriculum to students with Autism and complex needs. Ability levels can vary considerably and a willingness to deliver more than one curriculum area is desired for the role of SEND Teacher. The school provides outstanding multi-sensory learning, education and care for students aged 11 to 19.
Requirements
The desired SEND Teacher will have:
- Experience working within a SEND school or with children/young people with physical or learning disabilities of some sort is essential for this teaching role.
- Be dedicated and supportive, an excellent communicator, passionate about working with students with SEND.
- Possess a recognised UK teaching qualification
- The SEND Teacher will be required to deliver an innovative and progressive curriculum.
