The Role
Equitas are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Geography Teacher to teach Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students. The successful candidate will deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that inspire students to explore the world around them and develop a deeper understanding of geographical concepts and global issues.
Key Responsibilities

Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality Geography lessons across KS3 and KS4.

Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners.

Assess, record, and report on pupil progress in line with school policies.

Contribute to the wider curriculum and participate in school activities.

Maintain a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.

Collaborate effectively with colleagues and the Humanities department to share best practices and resources.
Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.

Experience teaching Geography up to KS4 (GCSE).

Strong subject knowledge and passion for Geography.

Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
