- Carrying out procedural file reviews across different departments in the firm
- Handling day-to-day compliance queries from staff
- Maintain SRA records and assisting with practising certificate renewals
- Coordinating onboarding for new starters from a compliance perspective
- Updating central registers and supporting breach logging and data protection processes
- Assisting with regulatory training and preparation for external accreditations (e.g., Lexcel, CQS)
- Supporting with legal research and general compliance administration
- The ideal Compliance Analyst will have prior experience in an office admin role, exposure to compliance processes would be extremely beneficial
- A genuine interest in compliance, risk, and legal regulation is essential
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator, comfortable working with teams across the business
- A basic understanding of compliance in a law firm
