Role Technical Services Manager
Location North, Mobile Team (Manchester)
Working Hours Mon-Fri, 8:00am-5:00pm
Package - £55,000 per annum + £4,500 car allowance
TecRec are currently looking for a Technical Services Manager to manage a mobile team across the North of England.
Our client delivers the full range of modern facilities management services, using sustainable technologies and whole-life FM solutions to provide the best value for their customers.?
Currently manage over 500+ buildings and have over 300 employees across the FM division.
The Role.
The role is remote, however there is a Manchester office.
You will be looking after the mobile team and responsible for a team of 14.
The ideal candidate can come from a building services background with qualifications in the following, Gas, HVAC, Electrical or Mechanical.
You will be working across a mixture of environments such as commercial, education, life sciences and retail contracts.
Key Responsibilities.
Management of supervisors and overseeing of engineering workforce delivering M&E services, Compliance and OF delivery.
Supporting with the management and delivery of Extra Works and M&E/Fabric Projects.
Leadership, driving and development of direct reports ensuring all mandatory training is in place with a robust succession plan in place for all roles.
TecRec are looking for an individual with a proven solid experience in delivering high quality hard M&E services in a client-driven multi-site environment, and good working knowledge of Health & Safety Legislation.
You will have a robust technical background with a professional qualification and practical experience in a trade Electrical, Mechanical or Gas.
Given the nature of this position, you will need to undergo a Basic Disclosure and Barring Service Check (DBS) at offer stage.
The Package
Salary Up to £55,000 per annum
Car Allowance - £4,500 per annum
