Tradewind are currently looking to recruit a Year 3 Teacher for a long-term position at a 'Good' school in a diverse community in Tameside. The role will commence September 2025 and will run until at least February 2026 with the potential of an extension. The salary will reflect MPS with experienced teachers expected to lead on a subject. Both ECT's as well as more experienced teachers are welcome to apply and those with subject specialisms are encouraged to demonstrate how they can make a valuable contribution to the school.

The Role

As the Year 3 Teacher, you will be accountable for the learning and progress of approximately 30 children. Whilst a large percentage of pupils are working at age related expectations, you will be required to plan targeted interventions to both scaffold and stretch pupils to learning at a mastery level. You will also be joined by a full time TA.

  • You must hold QTS status or an equivalent teaching qualification
