This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing technology, marketing and support services business with circa 90 staff based in Didsbury, South Manchester on a full-time permanent contract. We are looking for a proactive and results orientated Affiliate Acquisition Lead to become a valuable addition to our flourishing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our affiliate partnerships to drive revenue growth and enhance our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

Affiliate Recruitment:

  • Identify and recruit new affiliate partners to expand our network.
  • Work with the team to develop and implement effective strategies to attract high-quality affiliates.
  • Conduct outreach and establish relationships with potential partners.
  • Spend time working closely with new partners to support them with optimising their performance
  • Provide onboarding support to new affiliates, ensuring they understand our products/services, brand guidelines, and promotional materials.

Performance Optimisation:

  • Be an integral part of the team who monitors affiliate performance, analyses key metrics, and identifies opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to provide affiliates with relevant and effective promotional materials.

Communication and Relationship Management:

  • Be one of the main points of contact for affiliates, addressing enquiries and providing timely support.
  • Foster positive and collaborative relationships with affiliates to enhance program loyalty.
  • Attending industry conferences domestically and abroad.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Monitor affiliate performance using tracking key metrics and providing insights.
  • Have an understanding of Excel. These skills will also be used in training on other analytical tools.
  • Be a part of the team to make informed decisions and recommend adjustments to optimise affiliate marketing efforts

The successful candidate will possess

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in either Affiliate Sales.
  • Proven experience at communicating with business partners.
  • Understanding of affiliate marketing principles and strategies.
  • Communication and negotiation skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse performance metrics.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative affiliate marketing initiatives.
  • Knowledge of search engines, digital marketing Apps, tracking systems, and basic SEO and PPC is a plus
  • Experience of social and streaming channels e.g FB, YouTube, Instagram, Tik Tok, Kick, Twitch
  • An excellent working attitude with an ability to work well in teams, as well as independently without supervision.
