Our client is a forward-thinking software provider using cutting-edge technology - including AI - to transform how businesses operate. With a mission to streamline complex systems through intelligent automation, they're seeking a talented Product Manager to join their remote team and help shape the future of their pioneering platform.
You'll report directly to the Head of Product and play a pivotal role in defining and executing the product vision and strategy. This is a unique opportunity to drive the development of innovative AI-driven products, from conception through to go-to-market execution.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead the ongoing evolution of an advanced Process Orchestration product, aligning it with business goals and shaping its AI-driven capabilities.
- Define and manage product roadmaps, ensuring prioritisation of high-impact features.
- Work closely with engineering, marketing, and commercial teams to bring products to life.
- Turn complex business challenges into clear product requirements and user stories.
- Represent the voice of the customer across the entire product lifecycle.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to stay ahead of the curve.
- Thrive in a fast-moving environment where curiosity, autonomy, and adaptability are key.
What You'll Need:
- Proven experience in product management
- A startup mindset - proactive, pragmatic, and adaptable.
- Strong analytical thinking and a natural problem-solver.
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Confidence in managing multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities.
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and making decisions in a fast-paced setting.
