Our client, a commercial fit out contractor, is seeking a Project Manager for projects in Warrington, Manchester, and the North West of England.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years' experience as a Project Manager, specifically in commercial fit out, M&E, and Civils projects.
Key responsibilities include overseeing projects, surveying, and pricing new works when not on site.
The position offers a competitive salary range of £60,000 to £70,000 PAYE and is part of a growing business with exclusive clients.
Candidates should possess excellent client liaison skills, be familiar with MS Project and Excel, and hold relevant certifications such as SMSTS and First Aid at Work.

Project Manager - Manchester/Warrington/North West England

Our client is a commercial fit out contractor that works on projects across England and deals with very exclusive clients.

They are looking for a Project Manager to oversee various projects around Warrington, Manchester and the North West of England. They require someone with experience as a Project Manager working on fit out, M&E and Civils projects. When not on site, you'll be surveying and pricing new works.

The ideal Project Manager will have:

Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Project Manager on commercial fit out and M&E projects
Excellent client liaison and stakeholder management skills
Excellent computer skills and familiar with MS Project, Excel and Office
SMSTS, First Aid at Work and CSCS
DBS Check (this can be completed at a later date)
