We're working with a respected and fast-growing property consultancy based in central Manchester, known for its specialist work in restructuring, recovery, and insolvency-led advisory. With a national client base and an excellent reputation for technical quality, they are seeking to appoint a forward-thinking MRICS Chartered Surveyor to join their team.



About the Role

This is an outstanding opportunity for someone keen to transition into restructuring and recovery work - advising on distressed assets, secured lending situations, and insolvency matters. You'll work closely with lenders, insolvency practitioners, and corporate clients, delivering advice that directly influences strategic decisions on property-backed exposures.

You'll be involved in:

  • Advising on property strategy within restructuring and recovery scenarios

  • Undertaking valuations, risk analysis, and asset repositioning assessments

  • Supporting insolvency professionals with technical property input

  • Preparing clear, evidence-based reports for lenders and stakeholders

  • Working across a wide range of commercial and mixed-use assets



Ideal Candidate

  • MRICS-qualified Chartered Surveyor

  • Background in asset management, commercial valuation, or agency

  • Keen interest in restructuring, recovery, and complex advisory

  • Strong commercial acumen and professional credibility

  • Comfortable working directly with senior-level clients and advisors
