Construo Recruitment is working with a well-established construction company to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor for projects across the North West. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team delivering a range of exciting schemes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage project costs and budgets
• Prepare valuations, variations, and final accounts
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and consultants
• Monitor financial progress and risk
• Ensure cost control from pre-construction through to completion

Requirements:

• Experience in a Quantity Surveyor role within construction
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts (JCT/NEC)
• Excellent communication and commercial skills
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
