Quantity Surveyor Industry: Utilities / Civil Engineering Contract Type: Permanent

We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join a team working on the AMP 8 framework for United Utilities, specialising in civils projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the commercial and contractual aspects of civil engineering works, ensuring projects are delivered within budget and to the required standards. This role involves cost control, procurement, subcontractor management, valuation of work, and final account settlements. The Quantity Surveyor will work closely with project managers and clients to identify financial risks, prepare cost forecasts, and support contract administration throughout the project lifecycle. Experience within utilities frameworks and civils is essential to effectively contribute to the successful delivery of infrastructure projects.
