Ready to step up in your property career? We’re looking for a driven, hands-on Assistant Lettings Manager to join one of Manchester’s most respected city living specialists. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage the end-to-end lettings process - from viewings to negotiations, to closing tenancy agreements
  • Deliver exceptional service to landlords and tenants, every step of the way
  • Support the Lettings Manager in day-to-day team management and performance
  • Coach and motivate junior lettings consultants - helping them hit targets and grow
  • Be a go-to expert on the local market, legal compliance, and service standards
  • Drive results while keeping customer experience at the core

  • Organised, proactive and up to date with current legislation and compliance
  • Ambitious, energetic, and motivated by success
