Ready to step up in your property career? We’re looking for a driven, hands-on Assistant Lettings Manager to join one of Manchester’s most respected city living specialists. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage the end-to-end lettings process - from viewings to negotiations, to closing tenancy agreements
- Deliver exceptional service to landlords and tenants, every step of the way
- Support the Lettings Manager in day-to-day team management and performance
- Coach and motivate junior lettings consultants - helping them hit targets and grow
- Be a go-to expert on the local market, legal compliance, and service standards
- Drive results while keeping customer experience at the core

What We’re Looking For:
- Solid experience in residential lettings and Senior Lettings Negotiator or Assistant Lettings Manager level, ideally in a busy city centre role
- Strong closing and negotiation skills
- Confident leading by example and mentoring others
- Organised, proactive and up to date with current legislation and compliance
- Ambitious, energetic, and motivated by success
