Job Title: Bar Manager
Location: Manchester
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum (DOE) + performance-related bonuses

The RoleAs Bar Manager, youll take full ownership of all bar operations across the venues three unique bars. Youll lead and inspire a talented team to deliver exceptional service, develop seasonal and trend-setting cocktail menus, and ensure all financial and operational targets are met.
Youll work closely with senior management on business strategy, brand development, and guest engagement, helping shape one of Manchesters most talked-about bar destinations.
Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations across three bars, ensuring consistency, quality, and smooth service.
Lead, train, and motivate a dynamic team, fostering a culture of excellence and creativity.
Develop innovative cocktail menus that reflect current trends and brand identity.
Manage stock, ordering, and cost control to meet financial objectives.
Analyse bar performance, budgets, and P&L to drive profitability.
Collaborate with marketing and events teams to deliver engaging promotions and experiences.
Maintain compliance with licensing, health & safety, and hygiene standards.
Proven experience as a Bar Manager or Senior Bar Supervisor in a high-end, cocktail-led venue.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills able to inspire and get the best from your team.
Strong understanding of financials, including GP management, stock control, and labour costings.
Creative and trend-aware, with a passion for innovation in cocktails and guest experience.
Organised, strategic, and results-driven, with a hands-on approach.
