Description
- Sales ledger and credit control management
- Purchase ledger management: Post Invoices, match to POs, post payment runs, supplier statement recs
- Purchasing clinic and office supplies, and processing payments to suppliers
- Managing supplier queries
- Bank Reconciliation and dealing with refund requests
- Support the Management Accounts Assistant in the management of the month end process
- Supporting the Management Accounts Assistant with ad-hoc queries and reports as required
- Support in the year end audit process
Profile
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
- Experience working in a similar role
- Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- A proactive approach to solving financial queries.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
