Tradewind is currently recruiting experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistants for a range of exciting opportunities across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2 in Manchester primary schools.
The Role:As a Teaching Assistant, you'll work alongside class teachers to:

Support pupils in their academic, emotional, and social development

Deliver targeted interventions and small group activities

Assist with classroom management and lesson preparation

Help create an inclusive, engaging learning environment

A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)

Recent experience working in a UK primary school setting

A positive, proactive approach and strong communication skills

Flexibility to work in different schools across Manchester

An enhanced DBS (on the Update Service) or willingness to apply for one
