Anti-Social Behaviour Officer – Community Safety Team Pay rates to £19.79 per hour Contract roleVitalis are recruiting for an experienced Anti-Social Behaviour Officer to work in a Community Safety team in Manchester City Council. This role is a first point of contact for all requests to the Community Safety Team. The role holder will triage each request and determine what action is necessary, this might be, referring to another team in Housing Services, discussing the complaint with the complainant and suggesting ways to resolve without our intervention, sending a pre case letter to the alleged perpetrator in an attempt to address the behaviour without the need for further intervention, speaking to complaints about ongoing cases and updating the case, opening a new antisocial behaviour case or referring the caller to the Housing Management Caseworker managing their case. The role holder would also be responsible for opening and responding to domestic abuse incidents reported through the Multi Agency Risk Assessment Conference (MARA) process, dealing with low level requests for assistance, or referring to the HMCs for further intervention.The role holder must have experience of managing antisocial behaviour, domestic abuse, hate incidents and property condition cases.  Work with Vitalis to Discover Exciting Opportunities in Qualified Social Work, Housing and SEND
