Are you passionate about supporting children with profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD)? Do you come from a nursing, care, or special needs education background? If so, we want to hear from you!

We are a leading education supply agency dedicated to placing compassionate, skilled professionals in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) schools across the region. We are currently recruiting for dedicated support staff to work with pupils who have complex needs, including PMLD.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Providing 1:1 and group support to children with high needs in a nurturing school environment

  • Assisting with PEG feeding, personal care, and manual handling (including hoisting, where required)

  • Supporting children with communication, sensory, and physical development

  • Helping create a safe, inclusive, and supportive space for learning and growth

Ideal Candidates Will Have:
  • A background in nursing, healthcare, care work, or experience in SEND schools

  • Experience supporting children or adults with profound and multiple learning difficulties

  • A patient, resilient, and caring nature

  • Knowledge of safeguarding and a willingness to undertake training

  • Experience with PEG feeding, personal care, and hoist use (training can be provided)
