You Should Have:-
Team Teach training (current or recently expired) - refresher courses available

Experience working with children or young people with SEMH, behavioural needs, or SEN

A calm, consistent and de-escalative approach

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

A genuine commitment to helping children thrive in safe and supportive environments
