An independent and successful Surveying Practice in the Manchester area is seeking a full-time Residential Surveyor.
The role requires a minimum of 2 years' experience and VRS registration, with responsibilities including valuations and Level 2 and 3 Surveys.
The position offers a salary range of £50,000 - £70,000, along with an annual bonus, car allowance, and private healthcare.

Are you an experienced Residential Surveyor looking to join a practice that offers its staff fantastic support and benefits? We are currently recruiting for our clients, an independent and successful Surveying Practice, who are looking to add a Residential Surveyor to their team in the Manchester area on a full-time basis.

They are ideally looking for someone who can carry out valuations and Level 2 and 3 Surveys.

Working hours:

As a Residential Surveyor, you’ll be required to work full-time
Remote working

Residential Surveyor requirements:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Residential Surveyor
VRS Registered
Highly driven and organised
Experience in using iPad and Apps
UK driving license
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
