About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Delivery Lead to join a dynamic, fast-growing tech organisation with an international footprint. This is a key role responsible for driving agile delivery practices across a portfolio of high-impact digital products, ensuring visibility, predictability, and continuous improvement in delivery performance.

Working closely with senior stakeholders including the CEO, CTO, Product Owners, and delivery teams, you'll act as the bridge between product vision and successful, timely execution-enabling teams to deliver value with confidence and clarity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of a portfolio of digital products
  • Drive agile best practices and delivery discipline across multiple cross-functional teams
  • Manage scope, schedule, and ROI expectations across a wide stakeholder base
  • Own delivery metrics, providing clarity on progress, blockers, and performance
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure effective elaboration and sizing of epics
  • Build and maintain visual artefacts to communicate delivery status and scope
  • Identify and mitigate delivery risks, dependencies, assumptions, and issues
  • Support velocity calibration, backlog sizing, and team capacity planning
  • Continually inspect and adapt delivery processes to enhance predictability and flow
  • Engage and manage third-party relationships and external dependencies

Who You Are

  • A delivery professional with proven success in agile software development environments
  • Expert in agile frameworks, delivery metrics, backlog management, and visualisation tools
  • Comfortable working in high-uncertainty environments, managing shifting priorities and expectations
  • Skilled in communicating clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Able to drive performance and improvement in cross-functional, co-located teams
  • Highly organised, analytical, and proactive with a strong sense of ownership
