We’re working with an established and highly respected creative production company based in North Manchester. Known for delivering bold, eye-catching signage and large-format graphic solutions across the UK, they work on everything from commercial exteriors and interiors to high-profile outdoor campaigns. As their business continues to expand, they're now looking for an experienced Installation Manager to take the lead on site-based delivery and installation operations.

About the Role

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee a wide range of signage installations—managing teams, ensuring site readiness, and maintaining high standards of health, safety, and quality throughout every stage of the project lifecycle. You'll play a key part in ensuring client expectations are not just met, but exceeded.

Key Duties:
  • Take ownership of the full installation process, from planning through to final sign-off

  • Manage and support a team of fitters both on-site and remotely

  • Conduct site visits, surveys, and risk assessments

  • Liaise closely with clients, internal teams, and third parties to ensure smooth project execution

  • Monitor and enforce health & safety standards in line with company and legal requirements

  • Keep installation tools, vehicles, and equipment well-maintained and project-ready

  • Mentor junior team members and support their on-site training

What We're Looking For:
  • Solid background in signage installation, fit-out, or related construction environments

  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to coordinate teams and solve problems on-site

  • Valid CSCS card and full UK driving licence (both essential)

  • IPAF and PASMA certifications are highly desirable

  • Strong understanding of health and safety standards and risk documentation (RAMS)

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and installation plans

  • Confident communicator who’s client-focused and solution-driven
