- Spot inefficiencies and fix them—fast
- 1+ years of experience in CRM, systems, or operational roles
- Proven hands-on knowledge of Zoho One (you know your way around more than just CRM)
- Experience with automation tools like Zoho Flow, Zapier, or similar
- Strong analytical mind and a natural systems thinker
- Confident communicator who can work independently and across diverse teams
- Experience in legal, consulting, or other professional services environments
- A working knowledge of GDPR and data privacy essentials
- A background in Business Operations, Information Systems, or tech-savvy problem-solving
