About the Role
In a fast paced, global business, provide a best-in-class service to new and existing client. Support the Customer Care Specialists by investigating and accurately recording client queries. Contribute to the business's Super Service strategy whilst exceeding individual KPIs.
Skills and Experience
Complaint handling is case management, someone who's worked in a 2nd level complaints team and dealt with different departments as resolution
- B2B Background or exposure so understand the challenges of dealing with business - for example, insolvencies, none payment, staff issues, cash flow problems
- Can take on feedback and deliver a difficult message
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
