Temporary Administrator - 6 months+ possible perm opportunityMansfield c£12.21p.h.

We have an opportunity for an experienced administrator to join a busy housing department requiring administration support on a long-term temporary basis (possible permanent opportunity).

Working as administrator your role will involve:

  • Working within an office providing support to a busy external team
  • Booking appointments for surveyors, asbestos team, technical officers, quantity surveyors etc
  • Managing MS Outlook diaries for a team of approximately 14
  • Taking phone calls answering queries and re-directing
  • Receiving emails via central system
  • Updating and maintaining spreadsheets
  • Raising purchase orders and basic purchase ledger duties - matching invoices
  • General support as required within the office

The ideal candidate for the role of administrator will have

  • Strong administration background within a commercial office environment
  • Good use of MS Office including word and Excel
  • Good communication skills with the ability to work on own initiative
  • Must be able to work in an office full time
