Experienced Regional Manager required for an expanding care provider in the East Midlands.

The post holder will be taking responsibility for a small and growing portfolio of beautiful care homes; this is a fantastic opportunity to lead from the ground up, shaping quality standards, supporting home managers, and championing excellence across care, compliance, and team development.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting, mentoring, and inspiring Home Managers to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
  • Driving operational performance across your region from occupancy and compliance to financial sustainability.
  • Leading with vision and integrity, ensuring all homes exceed CQC expectations and reflect best-in-class care standards.
  • Collaborating with the senior leadership team to influence strategy, growth, and culture.
  • Representing the group with external stakeholders and healthcare professionals, building strong regional networks.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a multi-site leadership role within the care home sector (elderly/dementia care preferred).
  • Deep understanding of CQC regulations, quality frameworks, and operational best practices.
  • A natural people leader with the ability to empower, challenge, and grow high-performing teams.
  • Strong commercial awareness, able to balance excellent care with business acumen.
  • Flexibility to travel across the region with regular visits to each home.
Salary
  • Basic salary £75,000 - £80,000 (DOE)

  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays
