Position: Clinical Deputy Manager
Location: Mansfield, Nottinghamshire
Pay rate: 26.50 per hour + Quarterly Commission paid!
Hour: Full time with Supernumerary hours
Rizq Recruit is recruiting for an experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join a reputable nursing & care home in the heart of Mansfield. This medium bedded purpose built home caters to residents with nursing, dementia & residential care needs. As a Clinical Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Home Manager to ensure all home operations are ran smoothly.
You will be supervising and leading a stable care team and have access to the latest tech and amenities to assist with your role!

Responsibilities as a Clinical Deputy Manager:
- Oversee clinical staff & ensure correct care is provided to residents
- Assist the Home Manager in all home operations
- Ensure staff are trained and competent
- Complete and review resident care plans on schedule
Requirements as a Clinical Deputy Manager:
- Registered Nurse Qualification (RGN/RMN/RNLD)
- Previous nursing home experience (2/3 years)
- Previous management experience
