If you've worked within a manufacturing environment or have had exposure to international supply chains, that would be a strong advantage. Ultimately, we're open to candidates from a variety of customer service backgrounds - finding the right fit for our team is what matters most. 聽 What's most important to us, is: 路 Being proficient with Microsoft Excel and Access and exposure to GoogleSheets. 路 You have a desire to get the job done and work as part of our small but passionate team. 路 You'll have a can-do attitude and take on any task to ensure we reach our objectives. 路 A desire to improve on and continuously shape existing processes. 路 Having a confidence to take initiative and manage stakeholders at all levels. 路 Having excellent written and verbal communication to de-escalate and pacify customers who have complaints. 聽 THE COMPANY:聽 We are a design house, importer and wholesaler of furniture to the UK market.
