Would you like to work closely with a newly appointed HSE Director, helping to drive a step change in culture and performance?

If so, this brand-new Regional Health and Safety Business Partner role could be your next step. You'll be joining one of the UK's largest transport operators, supporting depots across Nottinghamshire and South Yorkshire as they begin a significant restructure of their HSE function.

What can you expect in this role?

  • Shape new and long-lasting HSE initiatives across depots and maintenance sites across Nottinghamshire and South Yorkshire.
  • Partner with local leadership teams, acting as a trusted advisor on all HSE matters.
  • Drive consistency and compliance with UK health, safety, and environmental legislation.
  • Lead on audits, inspections, and investigations, identifying lessons learnt and sharing best practice.
  • Support the roll out of new HSE initiatives and training as part of the wider transformation agenda.
  • Help shape and deliver long-term cultural change alongside a newly appointed HSE Director.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience in a Health and Safety role, ideally within logistics, public transport or vehicle maintenance.
  • NEBOSH Certificate as a minimum, with NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) and IOSH membership preferred.
  • Strong technical knowledge of health and safety legislation.
  • The ability to thrive in a period of change, with a proactive, collaborative approach and the confidence to support cultural and organisational transformation.
