Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end management of subcontract accounts from procurement through final valuation
- Drive negotiation processes and strengthen financial acumen through subcontractor onboarding
- Ensure accurate and timely payment processing to maintain strong supplier relationships
- Partner with site teams to identify, capture, and value change events as they occur
- Maintain detailed variation tracking systems for effective project cost management
- Challenge and negotiate client assessments to optimize commercial outcomes
- Support scheduling teams with application processes and documentation
- Build strong working relationships with site teams, subcontractors, and clients
- Act as commercial liaison across project stakeholders to drive successful outcomes
Requirements
- Proven experience in subcontract account management and cost control within construction
- Solid understanding of contract procedures and variation valuation processes
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with confidence managing multiple stakeholders
- Detail-oriented approach with excellent organizational abilities
Competitive Package
- Salary: 40,000 - 50,000 per annum (experience dependent)
