Your Role:
As a Service Advisor, you'll be a crucial link between customers and technicians, ensuring smooth service operations. From managing bookings to coordinating workshop schedules, your role will be key in maintaining high service standards and efficiency.
What You'll Be Doing:
Handling customer service bookings and inquiries
Preparing and processing job cards accurately
Managing scheduling and workshop coordination
Supporting efficiency and workflow management within the service department
Communicating effectively with customers, technicians, and internal teams
What They're Looking For:
Previous Service Advisor experience (automotive industry preferred)
Strong booking management and scheduling skills
Excellent communication and organization abilities
A proactive, customer-focused attitude
Ability to thrive under pressure in a busy environment
Working Hours:
Weekly rota shifts: 7AM-4PM, 8AM-5PM, 9AM-6PM
1 in 4 Saturdays
