What You’ll Do:

  • Use your engineering expertise to coach and mentor operators, engineers, and maintenance teams in Asset Care and Preventative Maintenance tools, techniques, and systems.
  • Apply Lean and CI principles to identify skill gaps and drive performance improvements using production loss and engineering data.
  • Collaborate with Production Managers, CI Specialists, and Engineering Experts to develop and deliver impactful training programs.
  • Maintain and evolve our Competency Framework, ensuring training materials are current and aligned with operational needs.
  • Deliver engaging training on root cause analysis, breakdown analysis, and other key engineering and CI principles.
  • Be a key contributor to the Müller Production System by sharing insights and recommendations based on your experience.

Essential:

  • Strong engineering background with hands-on experience in maintenance and fault finding.
  • Proven experience in Lean methodologies and Continuous Improvement practices.
  • Ability to coach, mentor, and communicate effectively across multiple teams.
  • A passion for developing others and sharing technical knowledge.

Desirable:

  • Time-served apprenticeship or HND/Degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Experience in operations or manufacturing environments and using Lean and CI tools.

  • Competitive Salary + 10% Annual Bonus
  • 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
  • 4x Life Assurance
  • Pension Scheme (4%)
  • Private Medical Insurance
  • Access to Müller Rewards – discounts on shopping, holidays, insurance, and more

If you're ready to take your engineering career in a new direction — one where your knowledge helps others grow — we’d love to hear from you.
