We're recruiting for a hands-on Production Supervisor to join a busy signage & printing company in Market Harborough.

You'll be responsible for:

Production planning and job scheduling
Managing materials, staff and customer expectations
Supporting daily operations and working closely with directors

What you need:

2+ years in a supervisory/operations role (manufacturing preferred)
Full UK driving licence
Confident communicator & fully computer literate
Organised, detail-focused and deadline-driven
