- Assisting fee earners with agricultural and commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, leases, and renewable schemes.
- Conducting legal research and drafting documents such as contracts, transfers, and lease agreements.
- Preparing Land Registry applications and managing post-completion formalities.
- Carrying out property searches and analysing results to advise fee earners and clients.
- Handle any administrative tasks to support the successful running of the team.
- Previous experience as a Property Paralegal is desirable, particularly in residential and/or commercial property. Knowledge of Land Registry procedures is an asset.
- Law Degree / CILEX.
- Proficient in using case management software and MS Office applications.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a small team while also taking initiative independently.
