Shipping Coordinator

Based in Marlborough , this is a critical role where you will be instrumental in delivering excellent client service, managing client deliveries, coordinating courier collections, and managing general stock movement.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing and creating al required documentation for UK, EU, US and ROW shipments
- Coordinating collections of client orders and components directly from suppliers.
- Monitoring and resolving shipment issues, including delays, damages, and customs or delivery problems.
- Maintaining current compliance with all import and export regulations.
- Controlling inventory of shipping consumables.
- Supporting movement or stock, goods in and out.
- Handling all inbound deliveries, receiving, unpacking, checking supplier deliveries, and notifying relevant teams.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in shipping logistics
- Good knowledge of stock control and experience with products and components.
- Good attention to detail when working with fragile stock.
- Flexibility to occasionally work overtime and/or shift working hours as required.
Please note, there is an element of heavy lifting involved in this role.
Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm with occasional opportunities for overtime!
