Restaurant Supervisor

We are looking for a Restaurant Supervisor for our exceptional Crowne Plaza Marlow, Fieldhouse Lane, Marlow Bucks SL7, set in 5 acres of landscaped grounds.

The Hotel with a magnificent lakeside location, has 168 spacious bedrooms, a Conference Centre with 8 meeting rooms for up to 400 in the largest Winterlake suite, extensive Quad Wellness & Spa facilities , the Glaze One AA Rosette restaurant and the Aqua Bar & Conservatory with stunning lake views

The entire hotel has recently been the subject of a multi million pound refurbishment project making it the finest Crowne Plaza Resort Hotel in the UK

The Role of the Restaurant Supervisor

We are looking for a strong Restaurant Supervisor for our new 1AA rosette Glaze Restaurant and Conservatory with lake views

You should be capable of bringing your own skills to the hotel and be able to assist in training and developing the team and setting up systems and standards.

Ideal candidates should possess the following attributes :-

* Work at consistently high standards
* Be well presented and have excellent communication skills
* Be able to manage and teach the food & beverage team

* Deliver the highest standards in customer service

To be considered for this position it is essential you have a proven and stable background as a Restaurant Supervisor ideally in a branded hotel or restaurant environment.

Previous experience in Micros point of sale will be considered an advantage

You should have an outgoing personality and strong attention to detail

You will be responsible for ensuring Intercontinental Hotels Group brand standards are adhered to at all times

Positive references are essential
